I ***** *** ***** ( Pro Se) wish to file an answer to the civil summons *******. I neither admit or deny the complaint, but state that
The filing party has not validated their complaint. I will need proof that they have a right to try and collect the debt in question, also a copy of any contract between myself & them. I Request the original note from the Law Firm with no endorsements. Original Note I.E. Credit Application. I also request time to consult an attorney on this matter.
