To add to Scott's idea of fun-Pa. has their own version of the FDCPA. In the state version, a violation of the FDCPA is also a violation of the state's Deceptive Trade Pratices Act and you may sue for treble damages. This could be a nice Christmas gift and worth a visit to a lawyer. At the least, file an ethics complaint with the Pa. Bar Association.
