There is nothing that says you have to be notified when a creditor or CA sells your debts. They do NOT have to tell you this.

Don't let them bully you into paying what you've already paid. Fight this, get a lawyer if you have to. Once in court, you can get records of where the payments went. Get documentation from your CCCS on where payments were being sent and who cashed or deposited the money. Bank records should show some details.
