Based soley on what you posted, with no money left over after normal expenses, you're a candidate for Ch 7.

The car you own outright would be the only possible problem. If its worth more than the allowed exemption, you could lose it since you have 100% equity in it.

As long as you're current on the mortgage, you should be able to reaffirm it and keep the house.

CO is a community property state.. are you filing yourself or jointly ?
