Just an update, after filing BBB complaints, dispute letters and FCC & AG, concerning these guys' collection practices, I've recieved responses. I got a letter stating P. Scott Lowery has no involvement with this it's with Harold Scherr. Now Lowery owns collect America who is the CA Scherr is stealing for and Lowery pays Scherr. I got a reply from Scherr's Fla office stating that said office had no knowledge of Collect America and Scherr just hada desk at that address and did real estate work fro them. Now I copied that address off of the letters Scherr sent me...... So no one knows diddly about Collect America, or my account. How about that!
