If it was filed 4 years ago, and not refiled prior to 10/13/2003 in Tallahassee, it is no longer valid even in Fl.

You need to check the Court records on the judgment to see if it was sold or assigned.
Send a validation to Credigy, and a dispute of their claim.

Send a dispute in on the Judgment to the CRA's.

A judgment cannot be enforced in NC or even entered in NC without being "perfected" in Fl. and Fl. statutes prohibit perfecting a default judgment without full disclosure and notice.
