This is how I have done it with great success.
You first must send a validation, and dispute letter to the OC. When they don't validate, and they won't, send a copy of that letter along with a copy of your CRRR to the CRA's for deletion. If you have asked in the past for validation, then use that letter, but you must have the CRRR that went with the letter.
