ty LadynRed. I would be filing with my husband. This is just eating me up. Never knew how bad off we were. Husband did all the finances. I've been very ill, and in and out of the hospital as has our son. All of us are on many medications, some not well covered by insurance. Hubby makes good money, we just been stupid, ill and hubby lost his job last year. although he wasn't out of work long it was enough to send us sprialing down the toilet. Now that we have to file, what should we exepect? I think we should try and get a lawyer, but how do we do that? We got a summons today served to us to appear in court on 1/6/04. thanks for listening and being here Lee
