Has anyone had any recent experience trying to negotiate with Wolpoff firm? They keep telling me for the past 3 months that they can only discount the amount owed by 20% and waive their fees and costs but every month I talk to them it seems like the amount has increased slightly because of interest. They said they could work out a payment plan but that the interest would be at the credit card rate.
