That's the point! Ask for Validation before they do take you to Arbitration. Don't let them take you to Arbitration because they are the Managers of the NAF which has a 98.9% strike rate against the consumer. In other words the Arbitration Forum is biased and one sided. Please send me a copy of their Dunning Letter and I will do a Validation Pack for you absolutely free of charge. Who are they representing supposedly? You know that most the time they purchase the debt prior to it going to Arbitration and then they win in the Arbitration biased forum and then have it judged at the court and get a judgement and garnishments etc. Don't let this happen by this bunch of bandits. If you contract agreement didn't specifically point out that NAF was to be used for Arbitration then you can have an unbiased forum Arbitrate and chances are you'll get the Arbitration award and then just get it validated in court. fax me the Dunning Letter at
253-541-8246. I find most the time they are representing National Bank Credit Cards and I have a new little enclosure for these type Debt Collectors including Wolpof & Abramson.
