The house I live in now, is deeded in my husbands name only, also the loan is in his name only , he had this before we were married in 2000. His credit in 2000 was A1....then we took some old balances that I had from my previous marriage & transferred them to his accounts...ex...I had a citibank card owed 2000.00 paid it off with my husbands MBNA...MBNA is in his name only, basically all of my old cards, were transferred to his...in his name only....I am writing to help him...the civil summons from smith debnam LLP for MBNA is in my husbands name only.....the accounts were being paid on until 2002...
