Long story to the point, I've been trying to deed a piece of property back to the lender. The lender refuses to accept it and insists on foreclosing, claiming that is the only way they can take the property. Is this true? I've been going around in circles with these guys since the beginning of Sept. They refuse to respond to any paperwork I've sent them and they refuse to listen to what I say when they call me or I call them. What can I do?
