Everything he told me was what I was getting from this board. He even went as far as saying he believed that if a CA resold your debt after you cease and desist letter that could be a violation. I also showed him all the letters I wrote and even after validation if a CA calls he believed that it was a violation of FDCPA. People are getting smarter about CA and I don't feel sorry for them at all. I would love it if someone blew up the CRA like they did in fightclub. Thanks for the help and the advice.
