You do NOT owe any debt to the collection agency that is harrassing you.

They BOUGHT your account from your original creditor for probably 3 cents on the $.

There is NO WAY any "excuse" of your disability will stop them from bothering you.

You can use the letter as is and stop the problem,or continue to be harrassed, it is YOUR CHOICE.
