Last month or more ago, I settled all my accounts with your collection company. My credit report does not reflect a settled account. It is undetermined as default, uncollected.

I respectfully request my account reflect a settled/paid balance and also a settlement correspondence via regular mail for my records. I was informed I could receive it by request after 30 days of payment.
