All credit cards are revolving charge accounts,i.e. "open-ended accounts" NOT "written contracts".

The Florida page on my website has the correct statutes to cite for any defense, in addition, the link near the bottom of my page , "How To Answer A Lawsuit" has additional guidelines and references.

I tried e-mailing you but your address did not work. If you need any further assistance, please e-mail me. There is no "caselaw" on the topic as any errors made in lower Courts of points of law, are addressed by an Administrative Law Judge, not an Appeals Court.
