The best thing for you all to do if you have a bill with Sherman is to pay it. They are willing to work with you on the bills. It is not agaimst the law to collect a debt no matter how old it is. By filing Cease and Desist requests the only thing you're doing is cutting off their communication with you and hurting yourself. It doesn't make the bill go away and neither do FTC and BBB complaints. The best thing to do is pay if you feel there is any possibility that it is your bill. Don't allow your credit to be ruined to be stubborn and prove a point.
