If you have a Florida Judgment on record that was filed before Oct. 1, 2001, you may be able to have it deleted from your credit reports. Go to this link
Look Up Your Name
http://ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us/corpweb/inquiry/jlinquiry.html If it is not found, it means it was not refiled in accordance with the Florida Lien Law. Information On Florida Lien Law
http://www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/jlien_info.html Send a dispute in to the CRA's, dispute it as "incorrect information, not a valid Judgment as per : §55.201-55.209, Florida Statutes."
