Wolpof won't stop calling me

I can't make payments to Wolpof, sent them a certified letter stating such and now i am getting calls up to 6 times a day from their automated voice telling me to call them. i told them to not contact me on the phone and only put it in writing. i am seeing an attorney next week to file ch 7 and hope to get that filed by jan 15th (am making payments to attorney). i will tell CA to send everything to attorney. since i will file in about 6 weeks, should i worry about wolpoff doing anything other than continue to call me?
