CA got a default judgment against, as soon as I seen this on my CR, I immediately filed a motion to vacate the judgment.
I am preparing an Answer to this judgment. I am using the SOL, should I include copies of documents to support my Answer or should I wait to bring these documents to court when the case is heard? Tamara from NY
