A writ or lien was never filed against me just a certified final judgement with the court before Oct 2001.The Credit Card never tryed to collect after they won judgement.

If this is the case after reading Florida Statues link you supplied--The Credit Card can not ever file a writ if they decide since they missed Oct 2003 cut off date.Is my understanding correct?
