These scoundrels called me 6 times in 3 hours and threatened me with criminal action for my outrage at their manners and ignorance. Someone had run up a $1300+ bill w/ Palais Royal using my student daughter's SSN and my address. My daughter has NEVER had an account with Palais Royal. Should have been end-of-story. After I cussed out 2nd, 3rd, and 4th caller, "supervisors" called back and promised ongoing calls until I pay up. When I asked for their location so I could personally come kick ass, the 6th uppity bitch swore they were "taping this conversation." I told'em to tape away & be sure to call the authorities as well - I haven't heard back from the idiots.
