Hello Pat,
I was wondering what the outcome was on your dealings with W&A and arbitration? I'm going through the same thing right now with W&A. They're taking my Discover account to arbitration within the next month. I called them twice within the past month or so and they wanted an 80% settlement the first time and today they said they wanted a 90% settlement. I offered them a 40% settlement and they declined. I'm not sure if I should contact them again, there not very cooperating and not very pleasant on the phone to say the least.
