Payment doesn't actually "restart" the SOL, unless she is foolish enough to sign a settlement agreement.

However, if she wants to pay $$ to slimeball CA's who paid ¢¢ for her account, and then try to fight them on ANY issue, she will be severely burdened by the "kick me" sign on her back, and the big "sucker" target on her front.
