Send them a certified letter telling them you never agreed to arbitration, nor never signed any sort agreement agreeing to a arbitration hearing with your OC.
Tell them you deny their invite to an arbitration hearing.
Follow it up with valdation letter, also certified return receipt, demanding valadation.
National Arbitration Forum is a joke, you will lose if you let them do it to you. Someone awhile back had a post about National Arbtration Forum and a connection with Wolpoff and Abramson.
Make W & A VALADATE, they porbably do not have the records to back up their case.
