Don't get me wrong. I'm all for hoping and praying. But hoping and praying didn't stop these attys from filing a lawsuit against me. Sitting around hoping and praying puts the ball in their court. I want the ball in my court. All of the derogatory info on my credit report will be obsolete in 2-2.5 years so it would be stupid for me to file BK at this point. The way I see it, all I have to do is get safely thru the SOL, then wait a couple of years for my credit to be excellent again. If paying a couple hundred dollars keeps 2 judgements off my credit report I will gladly wear a "big sucker" target on my front and a "kick me" sign on my a$$.

Being sued and being Sxxt Out of Luck really doesn't sound like a good option to me.
If I am mistaken, or if anyone has a better, more cost effective solution to my problem, I'd love to read it.
