No, and you shouldn't either. Those 'programs' rely on a fallacy being perpetrated and spread around the 'net - that banks don't loan 'money' and the banking and credit system is 'illegal'. Its all BS, there is nothing illegal about the banking/credit system. Those 'programs' are designed to do one thing and one thing only, part you from your hard-earned cash !!!
