Hello,
I have been paying on an old debt from 1997. Originally Lowe's. Vengroff now has it. I found out through this site that the sol in Texas is 4 years. I'd like to quit paying them since they've already took me for $1,797. If I send them the sol letter will they automatically quit calling me? My husband works shift and tries to sleep during the day. Don't want them to ring the phone off the hook. Thanks!
