I lost my job and was suddenly forced to use my bank's checking account overdraft protection for $1,000 in order to pay my rent. I am still unemployed and cannot pay the bank till I find a job. Washington Mutual charges $22 for every overdraft paid. I am being hounded by numerous calls by a collection agency and now a debt buyer threatening legal action and harassing me. How do I stop them till I am able to pay. Thanks.
