These attys have already filed one lawsuit against me. These are the same idiots who left the summons at my door while I was out of town. I checked with the courthouse, there really is a lawsuit pending against me. The courtdate is scheduled this month. As far as I can tell, the collection agencies they represent aren't in MO. I know for certain one is in Calif, but I don't know the exact location of the other one. I checked your website and for CAs in MO it said bond: no, license:no, fee:no. I'm not sure what this means. Does it mean that CAs are not required to be bonded or licensed in MO? Thanks for all of your help.
