Yes, there are programs out there that wipe out CC debt. I have done it myself personally and eliminated over 40K in CC/unsecured debt. And yes, i have 4 chargeoffs to show for it. But i figger i can live much easier with my paycheck in my pocket than worry about what a piece of paper (credit report) sitting in front of a lard-assed egotistical banker looks like
