No one has sued me or threatened to sue me. I have about 15 non-secured credit accts. Only a couple of accts have recently passed the SOL. Most of the accts have charged off this year, with last payment being made this year. A couple of accts are with attorneys with a reputation of sueing, so that makes me nervous.

I've worked 18 years, never had a credit report ran on me, just crim background checks. My only real concern would be if BK would prevent me from renting an apt.
