Why do you want to talk to the CA?

Why not wait until they send a collection letter, then you will have all the info you need. The CA will eventually send you one if you stop talking to them.

The telephone calls are considered harrassment, however, verbal conversations just don't hold up in court. I have seen an accurate log book including date, time, and conversation used for calls from a CA used as evidence, but only after a C&D was sent. What you really need is a written violation. Then you got em by the nads.
