OC's and CA's don't even know how to spell levy. However a seasoned Judgment Recovery Specialist knows all variations of the word and may or may not attempt to execute on the asset. So... in answer to your question and because there is obviously a Judgment pending, The OC's and the CA's will hire someone to attempt to locate assets sufficient to satisfy the Judgment. So whoever this entity or individual is, will make the decision to go after your car, bank account, other personal property etc. I would suggest you study, understand and the procedure to apply all your exemptions for your state. If you work for a contributing employer, I'm quite sure they will know it is exempt and will simply return the execution along with your state's statute.
