Be aware of your state's exemptions. When they levy, you will be given a copy of the execution, simply look it over for any items that are exempt for your state. You may have to file a Verified Request for return of Exempt Property. If the levy is on a vehicle, your state may require the summoning of three disinterested parties to appraise the property and proceed to set apart all exempted items. There is always the option of a court review of the levy and a Judge will decide according to law.
