I use that phrase "zeroing out your debt" because that is exactly what you do, just as soon as you have the leverage you need to do so. CA's always foul up, use it to your advantage when they do as leverage to zero out your debt through negotiations and Mutual Agreements.

Computerguy is correct when he says that banks and CC do not now, nor will they ever lend any actual money. They only negotiate instruments. This is a "high tech" way of validation that would be sent to the OC. This does work and yes it will get you sued if you don't know what your doing. I would suggest, if you are thinking about using this type of extreme debt validation, to proceed with extreme caution and please have a very good understanding of what your doing.
