I would have to disagree with you LadynRed, as validation should always be part of your answer to a Lawsuit, as it serves notice that they will have to provide all of those mini contracts to prove their claim. You should also respond with Admissions concernign specifics, as well as Production of Documents to a lawsuit.

The correct answer is not always on WhyChats WebSite.
