The attorney's may not validate at all. You should consider, countering their lawsit by attaching it to theirs for violation of Sec. 809 (b) and Sec. 807 (10) and Sec. 808 (1),If you have asked for it and they havn't provided validation before your court date, they probably don't have it. According to Sec. 809 (b) they are required to validate if you request it. You should point that out first, and just tell the Judge that you don't recognize the accounts as being yours and show the Judge that you requested validation and the Original green card signed by the CA or the Lawfirm. Then based on the lack of evidence, and by mere fact that they violated your rights, ask the court to dismiss their claim or petition with prejudice and to award you Judgment against them for the FDCPA violations listed in your petition.
