Contacted the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. THEY were very very helpfull. Asked me to please send them a written complaint with as much documentation as i could (i.e. cobb co web address and to print out the actual document.) THEY WERE SURPRISED and actually said with fraud and id theft on the rise that they would make this a priority. So maybe things are looking up after all!
