Forget about "validation", you need to ANSWER the lawsuit. The Georgia statutes that provde a 4 year SOL for credt card accounts are on the Ga page of my website. Here is the link to how to file your answer yourself, since you are not able to find a lawyer who knows the Georgia statutes.
