The Ohio SOL for being sued on credit card debt is 4 years.

My website, linked under "Newcomers" has a "SOL letter" your wife should send to the collection agencies on her accounts.

If you do not do this, she will likely be sued, as many Ohio collection agencies are getting away with claiming a 15 year SOL in their lawsuits because of confusion and misinformation.
