After reading your post, it sounds to me that you should send your original order/email and a copy of your previous complaint and your reaffirmed complaint to the FCC for a review by their board. You don't owe enough to get an attorney involved, unless its just for principle sake.

As for removing it from your CR, you can always send the CA a validation, C&D, and dispute letter and my guess is they won't validate. After allowing them approximately 45 days and still no validation, then send a copy of your letter and a copy of your CRRR to the CRA for deletion.

Another option would be to agree in a written agreement with the CA, that you will pay the remaining balance in return for deletion of their Trade Line and also that they may not sell or transfer any other part of the account.
