Asset is trying to collect on a debt that is out of SOL and unable to be validated (they tried twice, but I talked to the OC based on the info Asset sent me and they said they HAVE no info on this account). They continued to collect after being notified that their validation was unacceptable, and inserted the TL on all three CRA's AFTER I disputed the account. So I finally got fed up with playign miss nice girl....

Wrote Asset an ITS detailing their violations and the laws that stated those actions were illegal, and that I would consider legal action if they did not respond by deleting the accoutn from my CR and removing the accoutn from their files. I sent complaints to the FTC, BBB and SAG. FTC has said nothing. BBB said "this is over our head try the banking department of arizona..." SAG said it will take 3 weeks to resolve, its been 3 weeks. My ITS gave 15 days for some type of response - its been 19..... And still as of 10.30am this account is on my reports with no changes made.

I'm going to call the attorney general rep assigned to my case and see if they have heard from Asset yet. If not - what do I do????

Fill out papers and give Asset the christmas gift of lawsuit????

Or wait till after christmas and see if they respond then??? My next step would obviously be the ACA but since the BBB backed down after seeing the violations and my willingness to take these asses to court, I doubt the ACA will get involved now.
