Thanks for the reply. I would be interested to find out your outcome after arbitration. I mailed W&A a validation letter today. I'm not holding my breath as far as it having any impact on stopping arbitration, but thought, what do I have to lose. I probably won't hear from them until after arbitration. I wonder what would happen if we just ignored NAF's judgement, that's my plan as of now.
