What does this mean?RMA

I posted here alittle while ago. I have been battling RMA. I quit answering there calls, they have called my fathers cell phone at least 25 times this month. any way I go get my cr on line they are reporting this as a charge off as bad debt on 2 out of the 3 equifax is reporting charged off account closed by grantor bad debt and placed for collection and skip, What does this mean? and equifax is showing like this acct. is active they have ok by the months this debt was charged off 08/oo on tu report. RMA pulled my credit on Nov 26, ARE they getting ready to sue me.They are not even listed on my CR it is listed as assoc/citti they have told me they are assoc/citti, they told me they were citi bank. should I just wait or what should I do. thank you everyone
