I'm in Kentucky and the judgment was entered 11/14/03. I called the circuit court and the lady didn't know what the appeal time limit is. She said it would cost $200 to file in appeals court and that there are no forms for me to fill out, that I should see an attorney.

Is anybody familiar with the time limit to appeal a summary judgment in my state?
