I have been reviewing collection suits in the Superior Court of California, Alameda County--I'm being sued myself. The plaintiff has offered, to the Court, copies of the credit card agreement, the application, monthly statements, copies of the checks written to the creditor, a computer printout of an account. The Plaintiff, if it is the creditor grantor, will have a statement about how the "exhibits" are a true reflection of the debt owed. So, I would not hold my breath waiting for copies of the "charge slips." Is your Court online? If so, troll through the Collection cases to see what goes on.
