In Ky it's one year to appeal a judgment.

You're going to have to answer the interrogatories that ASS-et sent you. Not doing so could get you slapped with contempt of court and/or a bench warrant for your arrest - you don't want that. Its a LOT of personal information, but its allowed at this stage of the game. Its known as a debtor's examination and it is made to make you reveal ALL your assets so they can see what you have that they can take. You have, apparently, nothing they can get that is not exempted. You DO need to claim your exemptions so they know that YOU know they can't take anything from you.
