disputing "assigned CA's" report to CRAs

This a "PAID/COLLECTION" ON CRs by "assigned CA".
I paid/settled with the OC (emergency hospital visit)
$203 final balance after all insurance $$ was paid to
the hospital on much higher $$ account bill.
I NEVER paid any $$ to the "assigned CA". The CA/CRAs say this requires permission from OC.
The OC will Not comply with my request. WHAT CAN I DO NEXT??? This Seems Unfair to mark me for 7 years on such
a small $$ amount when ALL Insurance $$$,etc. were PAID
to the OC and it is the "assigned CA" that is reporting
to the CRAs,NOT the OC (hospital) reporting. Thanks in advance...georgia mountain me.
