Thanks again for your response to my post below. I have another question. I've been reading a lot on this website about "opting out". I've been thinking about doing this but since I am going to declare chapter 7 in January should I wait until my bankruptcy is done or can I do it now? (i.e. is this going to hurt me/help me at all by doing it now) And if I wait until it's done will it hurt/help me at all with rebuilding my credit? Thanks again for your help!
